When we was student, we always compare who is more intelligent. But actually, IQ was not the only thing separating the successful students from those who struggled. However, grit is passion and perseverance for very long-term goals. Regardless of we are in school or in the Workplace. Grit is most important characteristics. If you want to succeed, you need more grit even if you are intelligent. Maybe I am not good at study but more grit could help me make up for my lack of studying talent.

#4 Steve Jobs's talk

If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right.

You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. Death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because death is very likely the single best invention of life. It's life's change agent; it clears out the old to make way for the new. right now, the new is you.

Stay hungry. Stay foolish.

But it can't improve my listening. Now I know the podcast could as a learning resource. And it is very effective. Internet always can help us to learn.
