I think podcast is a very good learning resource. You can learn English by English. It will be make you improve very quickly. I used to use some English book before. But it can't improve my listening. Now I know the podcast could as a learning resource. And it is very effective. Internet always can help us to learn.

I think English-English dictionary is better than English-Chinese dictionary.

It's more clear and seldom understand wrong way.If I can be used to English-English dictionary , I think my English will improve faster than use English-Chinese dictionary.
